3.1. The prices on our website are in Ruppes and can change without notice. We do our best to make sure the prices are right, but if we make a mistake, we can cancel your order.

4.1. Placing an order doesn’t mean we’ll accept it. We can refuse or cancel an order for different reasons, like if a product is not available or if there’s a mistake with the price or info. If we cancel your order, we’ll let you know and refund your payment.
- Shipping and Delivery

5.2. Once the product is delivered, the risk of loss or damage passes to you. Please check the package for any visible damage and let us know within 3 days if there are any issues.

6.2. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and have the original packaging and proof of purchase. Please note that personalized or custom-made jewelry may not be eligible for return or exchange.
6.3. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 3 days. The shipping costs are non-refundable, and you’ll be responsible for the return shipping fees unless it’s our mistake.
